Q. How do I place an order on VAKHRA?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your product, choose your size, and click on “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment steps.

Q. Can I customize a t-shirt or product?
A: Yes! We offer customization on t-shirts, mugs, caps, and hoodies. You can send your design or text to support@vakhrah.com or WhatsApp us for assistance.

Q. Are your products unisex?
A: Most of our t-shirts and hoodies are unisex unless otherwise mentioned. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A: Yes, we offer COD on select pin codes across India. A small COD fee may apply.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location. Custom products may take a little longer.

Q. How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also track it from your account dashboard.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?
A: We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Visit our Refund & Returns Policy page for full details.

Q. What is your refund process?
A: After your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.

Q. Can I exchange a product for another size?
A: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets. COD is available for certain locations.

Q. Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed securely via trusted gateways and we never store your card details.

Q. Do you have a physical store?
A: Not yet! We’re currently online-only but ship across India.


🎁 Gifting & Bulk Orders

Q. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
A: Yes, we do. For bulk, gifting, or corporate orders, please contact us at collab@vakhrah.com or use our contact form.

Q. Can I gift a product directly to someone else?
A: Yes, you can mention the recipient’s address at checkout. Gift wrapping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it!
