Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted at the time of delivery.
  • You receive an incorrect product (wrong size, design, or item).

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of the print/design, wrong size ordered by the customer, or minor color variation due to screen differences. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you’ll need to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Custom/Personalized Orders

All customized or personalized products (e.g., custom prints, names, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images of the product and the issue
  • Brief description of the concern

Shipping for Returns

  • If your return is approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.
  • In most cases, the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless it’s a mistake from our side (wrong or damaged item).
